Avril is being sued by a band called Rubinoos who claim that her song "Girlfriend" is a rip-off of their decades-old song “I Want To Be Your Boyfriend”. The reason we think the pop star's in trouble is that we listened to the original and there is NO mistaking she stole the song. Girlfriend's got some explaining to do.
